At Fig7ures, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Order Processing

  • All in-stock orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been confirmed.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Pre-Orders

  • Items marked as Pre-Order are made available before they are officially released and may be priced higher to guarantee priority access.

  • Pre-orders are charged immediately at checkout to secure your item. Pre-orders are NON REFUNDABLE.

  • Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items will be displayed on the product page and in your confirmation email. Please note these dates are approximate and may be subject to change.

  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship together once the pre-order item is available unless you choose split shipping at checkout (additional charges may apply).

International Shipping & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs policies vary by country—please check your local regulations before ordering.

Delays & Issues

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact us at Fig7ures@gmail.com and we’ll assist you in filing a claim.
