At Fig7ures, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.

Certain items such as sale items, undergarments, swimwear, or custom/personalized products and pre-orders may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly marked as Final Sale at checkout.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 days.

Shipping costs & pre-orders are non-refundable, and return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at Fig7ures@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will begin your claim. The process takes 3-5 working days.
