Return & Refund Policy

At Fig7ures, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.

  • Certain items such as sale items, undergarments, swimwear, or custom/personalized products and pre-orders may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly marked as Final Sale at checkout.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 days.

  • Shipping costs & pre-orders are non-refundable, and return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at Fig7ures@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will begin your claim. The process takes 3-5 working days.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at Fig7ures@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Pack the item securely and send it back to us.
